Done
Suppressed: We’ve come to the end of our three week training block out east. I can say we finished just in time. Today we repeated our threshold workout from earlier in the week. Same loop same roller skis and you know a good athlete is like a great cook he knows when the meat is done. Before we started I knew I was getting close to the end of what I can handle. After the first 30min block my max heart rate was 10bpm lower then last time going from 183 to 174 and the average for the block went from 168 to 158. Loop times were the same as the day before.
Supercompensation: Looking forward to my off week at home in Utah and the delivery of my new mountain bike from Edwin bicycles. I will update later in the week after I do something crazy….Train hard Play hard!
In the mean time here's a picture of my team these three guys are the hardest working athletes I've known and I'm pretty lucky to be apart of this group. Going into a relay on the world cup knowing these guys have your back means everything.

Did you notice how spanktaculerly Billyd's new landscaping, revives the spirit as you sped away on my future moto?
Sounds like a good session. Can you make the links to your teammates sites "hot"?
